July 3 – 10am to 2:00pm Pie Sale and Ice Cream Social at the Cottage Court History Park, 725 Lake Avenue off Vine St. Come early to grab a homemade pie, with sales supporting the work of your Historical Society. Stay to savor Miyauchi ice cream sundaes and more.
July 7 – 7:00 at the Community House “Wildfire Safety” a valuable program presented by the Grand County Wildfire Council with very important information for your safety. The program will be followed by the GLAHS Annual Meeting. All members are encouraged to stay for this… more important information!

August 1 – Colorado Day at the Kauffman House Museum, 407 Pitkin St. We celebrate the founding of the State of Colorado on August 1, 1876. $1 admission per person, any age.
August 9 – 9th Annual Community Picnic 5:30-9 pm at the Cottage Court, 729 Lake Ave.
